Market research conducted in April 2006 shows that over one-third of the general public and Zoo visitors are more likely to support our sponsors by choosing to purchase their products or services, rather than those of a non-sponsor. The vast majority of visitors strongly agree that sponsorship of Perth Zoo is a beneficial activity. With more than 600,000 visitors to Perth Zoo annually, our sponsors achieve excellent exposure and recognition across a broad cross-section of the community.

This exposure includes logo recognition on signage at sponsored exhibits and on Perth Zoo's Sponsor Board, located at the front entrance. Perth Zoo's business partners and sponsors also receive acknowledgment in our annual report and other relevant corporate documents.

Depending on the level of sponsorship, this can include complimentary and discounted hire of the Conference Centre, African Savannah, the Australian Bushwalk, the Australian Wetlands, Reptile Encounter and Courtyard, Penguin Plunge, the Homestead Barn or the Japanese Gardens.
